- Description: Provides financial services for individuals or families experiencing a housing crisis. Program includes SOS funds that have internal funds for small amounts. Can assist with back rent, security deposit and utilities in combination with rent.
When we no longer have the capacity to take more applications, the program will close for a few weeks and reopen after that time. If clients owe very high amounts, program does not have funds to help.
Callers looking for help with utilities only cannot be helped through this program. Individuals will be helped in applying for the CARE/FERA program from PG&E. - Website: https://www.cceb.org

- Eligibility: Rental assistance: must have a rental agreement and a late rent notice before applying. For Season of Sharing funds, must meet SOS eligibility criteria. May be able to access other funding available, call for assessment. Must call for pre-screening. No walk-ins.
